This is a little class to serve raw content (html files) and inherit
the style that your SitePage defines. It loads the file, gets the
title, keywords, description, and body from the file, and overrides
.writeBody(), .title(), .keywords(), and .description() to do this.
(keywords and description are for the meta tags)
The actual class the servlet inherits from is hard-coded, but I didn't
know how else to do it. So edit for your site. I didn't want to
include this information in the page itself, as I wanted this to serve
non-Webware-aware pages. It would probably be appropriate to figure
out the context from the path, and import the proper SitePage, and
inherit from that... but that's non-trivial.
It uses the .phtml extension, for no reason at all.
