First, be sure you know that DAVKit is in kind of a rough alpha state.
I haven't worked on it for quite some time, but it's not entirely
abandoned or anything.
Anyway, I did get it to work with Web Folders, but Web Folders send an
OPTIONS request to see if the folder is actually DAV-enabled.
mod_webkit doesn't pass this request to Webware. I don't believe any of
the Apache adapters work.
However, the built-in HTTP server, and HTTPAdapter, should both work.
Ideally mod_webkit would be changed to pass the OPTIONS request on.
