You should be able to write a Servlet "controller" that uses the Application's forwardRequest() or forwardRequestFast() method to forward to the appropriate view, which could be either a PSP or a Servlet. Any shared code can be implemented in a common base class -- PSP pages can inherit from a base class, just as Servlets can.
