The disk quota report in usermin removes a zero from
the reported allocated blocks. For instace, it will report
that a user has 100,000 soft and 110,000 hard blocks
allocated to them, but it reality they have 1,000,000 soft
and 1,100,000 hard.

Usermin is probably parsing the output from the quota -v
    command
incorrectly. If the user runs that command at the shell
    prompt, what
    exact output does it produce?
Also, which operating system are you running?

The operating system is Linux Mandrake 8.2. Unfortunately,
my system suffered a fatal software error and had to be
completely setup again. As of this time, I haven't gotten
    quota reinstalled.
