hi again. sort of a debian upgrade question but, even after i
modified my /etc/apt/sources.list to refer to debian "etch" (4.0), and
did a (mostly) successful dist-upgrade, the file /etc/debian_version
why this concerns me is that webmin *detects* a 4.0 version of debian,
but also claims that the internal OS code and "operating system
according to webmin" are still back at 3.1
a simple solution would be to just edit sources.list and put in
like the docs suggest *should* have happened upon the dist-upgrade.
is that a good idea? will the current situation cause me any grief
with that apparent mismatch in debian versions?
