Greetings, All! Is it possible to use virtualhost templates to create new virtualhosts for Apache server? I want to change from an ill-thought ISPManager, mainly because it doesn't play nice with debconf, making it a very big headache to upgrade the system with all it's edits. But the problem is that newly created sites should have certain arguments and such. It would be wonderful, if it'd be possible to put them into templane to quickly create new hosts without making multiple movements. -- WBR, Andrey Repin (anr...@fr...) 24.05.2012, <23:14> Sorry for my terrible english... |

Because in Virtualmin you can define multiple templates, each of which can have its own set of default Apache directives .. and then select which template to use when creating a virtual server. - Jamie |

Sorry for confusion. Just Webmin. Should I give Virtualmin a try? -- WBR, Andrey Repin (anr...@fr...) 29.05.2012, <18:54> Sorry for my terrible english... |

Just Webmin. Should I give Virtualmin a try? I recommend it if you are doing web hosting - it is built on top of Webmin, and simplifies the process of setting up virtual domains a lot. - Jamie |

I'm a bit cautious about "simplifying alot" :) Got fed up on that topic from ISPManager. But i'll give Virtualmin a try anyway. -- WBR, Andrey Repin (anr...@fr...) 30.05.2012, <02:43> Sorry for my terrible english... |
