This works, thanks!
This should be a built-in feature.

I have noticed that when logged into Webmin on a remote computer, I can
restart Webmin and even reboot the entire computer and maintain my login
session. That is, once the computer is back up I can resume my existing
Webmin session without having to log in again. This occurs whether or not I
have enabled session authentication on the Webmin
I would prefer that when the computer is restarted, any existing Webmin
sessions are discarded. Is this possible?
There is no built-in feature for this ... but you could hack it by switching
to session authentication mode, and then adding a bootup script that runs
before Webmin it started to delete /var/webmin/sessiondb*
