One other thing according to 'man uptime' on both linux and freebsd. #1 is average over 1 minute #2 over 5 minutes and #3 over 15 minutes. but when setting up the monitor it lists 5 ,10 and 15 minutes. Looks like this is just a cosmetic change. :) -----Original Message----- From: Colin Legendre [mailto:su...@ns...] Sent: Monday, September 17, 2001 7:15 PM To: su...@ns...; web...@li... Subject: RE: Load average after checking on both a linux and a FreeBSD machine I have noticed that on linux it is written 'load average:' and on FreeBSD it is 'load averages:' I guess the script will need to be changed to parse uptime differently for different os's. -----Original Message----- From: Colin Legendre [mailto:su...@ns...] Sent: Monday, September 17, 2001 7:04 PM To: web...@li... Since uptime on Freebsd looks like... 7:04PM up 22 days, 4:53, 3 users, load averages: 0.03, 0.23, 0.25 Should this be this way? -----Original Message----- From: Colin Legendre [mailto:su...@ns...] Sent: Monday, September 17, 2001 6:53 PM To: web...@li...
