Change the code to use 'lpr filename' instead of catting the file. In this way you can even select the printer from any that is on your network. (of course, if they are Windows SMB shares you'll need to instead use the equivelent Samba printer spool tools...but I don't know anything about all that Windows stuff) If catting must be the way you send it, then you can probably run it into the spool device somehow.
