Sorry, I should have changed the subject of the last message. I noticed something that is, sort of, broken. When you create s sub-domain instead of a sub-server, the html directory is set to /home/parent/public_html/sub-domain. This make the skeleton files not work. If instead we could make it point to the /home/parent/domains/sub-domain/public_html, this would make it work. And if we want to keep the parent.com/sub-domain we could create a symbolic link to the public_html dir and it would still work, as long as we make sure we remove the link when deleting a domain of course.
