[webmin-l] Another VirtualMin Question - Virtual FTP cannot be enabled

I would like to setup most of my sites on a shared IP address, however I am getting 
the following message when I attempt to create the site:

Failed to create virtual server : Virtual FTP cannot be enabled unless a virtual IP 
address is allocated

How can I get around this?
