Unfortunately not - the feedback function (which has been long since
disabled by default) was designed for Webmin users to send *me* a feedback

That said, you could stop the real name and email address from being
saved by editing /usr/{share,libexec}/webmin/feedback.cgi and commenting
out lines 216 and 217.
