My username and passwords are correct. I have hosted 5 domains on this server. I am able to have smtp authenticate one domain only. Rest of the domains are not getting authenticated. Is this error related to group (Just my guess)?

Are you sure the username you are trying to login with is correct? It looks like that is not the case.. You can verify a user with the finger command followed by a username.
