Dear Jamie,

Our system is FC11 64bit linux system...
I want to know must we create user account ( include password ) by webmin first, then the user they can change their own password by usermin ?
I found if we create user account by system command line ( such as adduser and passwd ) NOT though Webmin, then the user can't change the default password by using usermin and receive the error message :

Failed to change password : Old password is incorrect

If so, how can we disable some of change password functions with Webmin/Usermin ?
means : we can create user account by system command line ( such as adduser and passwd ), then let user can change the default password by using usermin...

Thanks !

Edward.
