#106 Ldap Users and Groups not parsing Users and Groups module

When adding a user to the Ldap Uers and Groups the
Users and Groups module is not being parsed for the
user's group configuration. This being said, the gid of
the user that should come from the config "New group
with same name as user" is not read and fails when no
entry for group is entered.

This then only allows for use of a pre-existing group
and under Debian's configuration is not expected.

At the moment, the option to create a new LDAP group for a
new LDAP user is not available ... but I may add this in future.
