Newbie to this VPS thing but I'm loving VirtualMin and WebMin - extraordinary when compared to the alternatives that I first tested out.
In the process of migrating some shared hosting accounts, I've used the Wordpress Duplicator plugin to create packages that are around 500M. I found that Webmin has an 'Upload and Download' function that really brightened my day - save me all that FTPing up and down from my local machine.
The problem is that I always get 'Download failed : HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found', no matter what path I put in there. I've tried it directly in my browser and the download wants to start so I know the path is fine.
Am I missing something obvious, that anyone could help me with? Any help appreciated.
Cheers
Martin

i do not believe that webmin acts as a spider. the "download from server" allows you to identify a file in mapped path format or "from web" as http using wget but identifying the file name, not a generic directory. it is not a spider.
