    Webmin uses separate directories for configuration files and log files.
    Unless you want to run multiple versions of Webmin at the same time
    you can just accept the defaults.

    Config file directory [/etc/webmin]: c:/webmin_cfg
    Log file directory [/var/webmin]: c:/webmin_log

    Perl seems to be installed ok

      Hi!
      See this post: http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=3667852
      I think this will help you, in my case I replace the line with:
      $ex = system("$perl ".&quote_path("$srcdir/oschooser.pl")." ".&quote_path("$srcdir/os_list.txt")." $temp");

      Good luck.

      I tried this...but that passage looks a bit diffrent..

      # Ask for operating system type
          print "***********************************************************************\n";
          $autoos = $ENV{'autoos'} || 2;
          $temp = &tempname();
          print "About to run $perl ".&quote_path("$srcdir/oschooser.pl")." ".&quote_path("$srcdir/os_list.txt")." $temp $autoos\n";
          $ex = system("$perl ".&quote_path("$srcdir/oschooser.pl")." ".&quote_path("$srcdir/os_list.txt")." $temp");
          exit($ex) if ($ex);

      so what should I change?

      thanks for help
