No

Even the newest Webmin cannot show or edit quotas on a
XFS filesystem. Instead it just says that there is no
filesystem supporting quotas. This is due to a missing
check for XFS in function list_mounted() in
mount/[distribution]-linux-lib.pl.
This patch is tested on RedHat7.2 and is only against
mount/redhat-linux-lib.pl. All other
mount/[distribution]-linux-lib.p files should be
updated as well or the function should go into a new
lib.pl file.

See patch #561096

As far as I know, XFS filesystems can only have their quotas
enabled at mount time. This means that webmin will only
allow editing if the filesystem has the userquota or
grpquota options turned on in /etc/fstab . That is what I
have used successfully on my redhat 7.2 system, running the
    SGI-patched kernel.

I just found out that it _does_ work if I don't use labels
in /etc/fstab, but _with_ labels it doesn't work, because in
    list_mounted() in
    mount/[distribution]-linux-lib.pl /etc/mtab is checked and
there are only devices listed - not labels. This data is
later compaired to /etc/fstab where labels are used - so
there will be no match. To overcome this there is a check
for ext2/3 in list_mounted() where the partition label is
read. My patch does the same for XFS.

That would explain it .. the next release of webmin
will have support for XFS labels in all disk-related
    modules.
    Thanks for the bug report!
