Hi,
unfortunately webmin checks for duplicates (this came with "webmin does not check duplicates - ID: 1940082").

Our use case:
We have Multihomed servers and configure the interfaces with DHCP.
Sample:
...
host backup01 {
hardware ethernet 00:30:48:35:44:87;
fixed-address 192.168.1.45;
}
...
host backup01 {
hardware ethernet 00:30:48:35:44:86;
fixed-address 10.20.30.45;
}
...
These declarations are configured in different subnets with different "ddns-domainname"-parameter.

Unfortunately the webmin interface does not accept this.

Can you please fix that?

Thanks
Rainer

    Ok, just commentet the check out from save_host.cgi - dhcpd does not allow multiple host names in its configuration. So the check seems correct and we have to look for another solution.
