Installed on a new RHEL 5 system and it came back as Generic Linux 2.6. I don't think everything installed that should have as a result. E.g. No Network Configuration Tool.

Sounds like a Webmin bug - what does the /etc/redhat-release file contain on your system?

I have the same problem: my redhat-release file says: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5 (Tikanga)

This is a Webmin bug - the 1.342 development version (which will be available from http://www.webmin.com/devel.html\) will fix it.
