Change detection demonstration uploaded into CVS

A demonstration application illustrating statistical adaptive color background model-based change detection has been uploaded in the CVS repository (module name: ChangeDetection). The principles of the system are described in several publications, see e.g.:

The MFSM 0.8-based application (targeted for the Linux OS) introduces functional modules that have not been released on the MFSM site yet. They will be contributed to the MFSM project once they are properly documented.
