I would like to see Wascana as plug-in bundle.
I use Eclipse primarily for Java development and don't want do have an extra IDE for C - it should be an _Integrated_ Development Environment. So it would be nice, if a can install it as zip bundle (without Eclipse platform) or even better via an update site.

Absolutely. This is in the plans (maybe not written down though). I had started investigating install handlers to enable binary components to be installed via the update site. I am also carefully watching the Eclipse provisioning work that is planned for next June's Eclipse release. It is a great idea and I definitely want to do this.
