I run live CD and configure all interfaces. After reboot my virtual mashine i should configure all interfaces again? It's not cool, I try to save and restore configuration 2 days… but it not possibly?
Use-case: I'm reload my WAN, and I want have working WAN after 1-2 minutes without any configure.
If I lost my list with network settings, configuration can take a long time.
Ability to save all the settings on hard drive, flash drive or floppy disk looks very interesting.

You might save a shell script to a floppy or thumb drive with the commands you want to run. After booting WanEm, mount the drive and execute the script. Its worth a try anyway. Don't forget you may have to sudo.
