RE: [Vxl-users] problem installing vxl

Here are the exact commands I use to build VXL with BCC.  I don't put bcc in
my PATH permanently, I add it temporarily where needed.

mkdir -p $TOP/vxl_bld_bcc
rm -f $TOP/vxl_bld_bcc/CMakeCache.txt
cd $TOP/vxl_bld_bcc
PATH=/cygdrive/c/Borland/BCC55/Bin:$PATH \
"/cygdrive/c/Program Files/CMake/bin/cmake" \
  -G"Borland Makefiles" \
  -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH="`cygpath -m $TOP/vxl_usr_bcc`" \
  -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE:STRING=Release \
  -DVXL_BUILD_DCMTK:BOOL=YES \
  -DBUILD_VGUI:BOOL=YES \
  -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE:BOOL=OFF \
  "`cygpath -m $TOP/vxl_src`"

PATH=/cygdrive/c/Borland/BCC55/Bin:$PATH time make -i all
