Deepak,

This will be easiest for you if you configure your application with CMake.  Cmake will handle all the VXL include path and library path stuff for you.

You might be helped by section B.1.3 of the VXL book.

Subject: [Vxl-users] QT + VXL linking problem

hello,

I am a newbie to VXL and i want to use the VXL C++ library( to be precise the VNL core library of the VXL ) in my QT project in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003.

I downloaded the VXL library from the VXL project page on sourseforge.net. Then I downloaded the latest version of CMAKE and used it to build the whole VXL library in .NET 2003 and i was successfully.

Now i have no idea as to how to use the VXL library in my QT application i.e. how to link both the applications.

----- Should i write a CMakeLists.txt ? if so how ?
----- or is there any other way in which i can link to it.

Please help me.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Deepak
