Hello vtun'ers, Anybody out there to help me out with compiling vtun2.5 on sol8/sparc/64 ? I compiled the tun/tap devicedriver successfully and also installation worked fine. ifconfig tun0 plumb works so far. Later i found on the list, that people like dug song did this successfully too. But what about vtund ? Dug, how did you get that run ? vtun-2.4-sol26.sparc.gz won't work for me.(didn't wonder much about that, because it`s 32bit) I'm also having problems getting vtun-2.5.tar.gz compiled. Because i did it at work, i don't remember the exact error, but it was somiting with yacc which compains about a unknown keyword?!(don't remeber exactly) in file cfg_file.y Line71 >%expect 18 I also tried to compile it on linux and exactly ran into the same error. weird. I use Solaris8 with SunWorkshop Compiler (on Sparc) and SuSE Linux 7.3 on Intel. I can send more detailed environment details end output-messages, if necessary. Maybe someone could provide me a sol8/sparc/64 binary of vtund in the meantime ? this could save my life - really..... :) thanks in advance for help regards Roland PS: It would also be nice, if vtund and tun/tap binary packages for solaris could be made available on http://vtun.sourceforge.net/download.html -- GMX - Die Kommunikationsplattform im Internet. http://www.gmx.net |
