Users of low-vision and no-vision software tools are unable to use Vonage Talk. The interface does not provide the OS with access to (1) the program caret, (2) the programatic text, (3) the type of control e.g. edit, checkbox, radio button, etc.

If Windows-standard window classes are used, the caret is exposed, and text sent to the video card, then the program will likely be very usable for assistive technology users.
