Reporting obs as discrepant to the AAVSO doesn't work.
I tried to mark an obvious V band and later vis obs outlier as dis-
crepant via: Raw data - observation plot: selecting the obs -> menue
view - property details: setting "discrepant?", choosing OK -> AAVSO Discrepant Report: OK -> Discrepant Reportinn Error window showing
msg: "For input string "15,8861"

I just checked out this problem and discovered that it worked OK for me. That is, after marking an
observation discrepant, I received the same indications here at HQ as I would have done had the
observation been reported using Zapper, which is how it should work.

HOWEVER, what happens is that the "authentication" window needed to send the discrepant observation to HQ was hidden behind the "details" window so it can't be seen. The only reason I was successful is that I knew that window was behind and found it by moving the details window
out of the way. Then when I entered my CS username & password, everything worked as it should.

David, If you can just move the authentication window to one side (or on top of) the details window so people will know it is there, I think our problem may be solved.

    Fixed in http://vstar.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/vstar?view=revision&revision=682

Login window now always on top, whereas previously it was hiding behind the observation details dialog, as noted by Sara. To be honest, this is something I probably noticed then forgot to address. I have certainly used VStar to report discrepants and have clearly just "put up with this". There's no reason too though. Thanks for the report.

The fix will be in the next release.
