Phase plots should be recomputed when a slider is moved left or right in phase plot mode.
To do this in real time, it may be necessary to recompute only a small portion of the plot, e.g. -1, -0.75, -0.5, -0.25, 0, 0.25 ...
Then, when the slider is released, the full phase plot is recomputed. Optimising the current phase plot would also help. Linear-time
optimisations should be possible by avoiding the need to copy data for previous cycle and standard cycle phases (see separate tracker item).
