I'm one of the firefox support volunteers, and one of the things that we miss is a remote viewing solution.
Because we are volunteers, we ideally want a solution, which is very conservative, we can only see what we're permitted.
We don't want anyone to login as a support representative, and offer remote support and then abuse that power.
One thought that i did have was have a solution, that doesn't show a
users complete desktop, but instead shows the graphical window for

The difference would be, that we give them a simple download, which
