Bug Info
When using a vnc client to connect the keyboard start repeating key presses if the shift key is used.
This behavior was observed when connecting to an RHEL6.5 server with VNC configured as an xinetd service. The behavior is normal when connecting to a standard (non xinetd) server.

The same problem was not seen when connecting using UltraVNC or RealVNC clients

Example
Keyboard : SHIFT+s
Output : Sssssssssssssssssss

xinetd configuration
The xinetd configuration used is fairly standard.

/etc/xinetd.d/xvncserver

service vnc-gdm
{
disable = no
protocol = tcp
socket_type = stream
wait = no
user = nobody
server = /usr/bin/Xvnc
server_args = -inetd -query localhost -once -auth /root/.Xauthority -geometry 1280x960 -fp catalogue:/etc/X11/fontpath.d -desktop rhel65-server -securitytypes none -pn
}

/etc/services

vnc-gdm 5950/tcp # xinetd VNC Server

/etc/gdm/custom.conf
