very slow performance on mac retina with tightvnc java. I took 30 seconds to come up the first screen then freeze immediately.

    this line drag the performance down in retina display:

    ((Graphics2D) g).setRenderingHint(RenderingHints.KEY_RENDERING, RenderingHints.VALUE_RENDER_QUALITY);
