vmm - New bug tracker URL

I decided to disable the SF.net bug tracker for the vmm project. It wasn't user friendly nor easy to configure.

I've activated an easy to use issue tracker at https://bitbucket.org.
The URL of the issue tracker is now: https://bitbucket.org/pvo/vmm/issues

Feel free to use the new issue tracker to report bugs, suggest enhancements or write down your proposals.

BTW: I hope I'll be able to release vmm version 0.6.0 in near future.

vmm - New source code repository URL

vmm's source code repository has been moved to a new location. You can browse through the latest code at: http://hg.localdomain.org/vmm/

If you have already installed the Mercurial SCM, use the following command in order to get a clone of vmm's Mercurial repository:
hg clone http://hg.localdomain.org/vmm/ vmm

To keep informed about the latest changes you can subscribe to the vmm-hg mailing list. See https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/vmm-hg for details.

There will be no further code commits to the repositories which are hosted by SF.net.

vmm-0.5.1 UnicodeDecodeError problems? (Bugfix/Patch)

In the last release notes I've announced a few UnicodeDecodeError fixes. Sorry, this was only the half truth. The error didn't occur, if the local codeset is set to ASCII/ANSI_X3.4-1968.

Now the problem seems to be solved. I've tested it successful with LC_ALL set to C and en_US.UTF-8. The problem was only located in the Config.py file.

The new Config.py file is available at: http://vmm.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/vmm/vmm/raw-file/d1f345f91e1c/VirtualMailManager/Config.py

Or get a patch from: http://vmm.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/vmm/vmm/raw-diff/d1f345f91e1c/VirtualMailManager/Config.py

If you have found a another error, please don't hesitate to file a bug: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=213727&atid=1026862
The next release is scheduled within the next two weeks.

vmm -a Virtual Mail Manager- 0.5.1 (stable/bugfix) released

I am proud to announce the release of vmm-0.5.1.

vmm is a command line tool for administrators/postmasters to manage domains,
accounts and aliases. It's designed for Dovecot and Postfix with a PostgreSQL back-end.

This release contains a few fixes:

* Under certain circumstances it was possible that vmm ends with an
Python traceback, caused by unhandled UnicodeDecodeErrors

* Caused by a quoting mistake in the vmm.cfg it was impossible to run
the initial `vmm configure` command. The initial configuration was
  only possible with an editor.

vmm-0.5.1 is available for download at:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/vmm/files/vmm/0.5.1

You could also fetch the source code from the Mercurial repository:

This will be the last vmm release, which is available thought subversion:

(The most current vcs addresses are listed at:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/vmm/develop)

This release includes minor improvements to the subcommands. For example:
* Now it's possible to restrict services separately.
* The transport can be set per user and domain widely overwritten.
* Furthermore it is possible to remove a single destination from an alias.
* Get the email address from a UID.

It also should contain less bugs. ;-)
