Here is the warning-level-related settings in my vimrc


let g:Tex_IgnoredWarnings =
\"Underfull\n".
\"Overfull\n".
\"specifier changed to\n".
\"You have requested\n".
\"Missing number, treated as zero.\n".
\"Citation %.%# undefined\n".
\"Unused\n".
\"LaTeX Font Warning:\n"
\"There were undefined references\n".
" This number N indicates that latex-suite should ignore the first N of 
the above.
let g:Tex_IgnoreLevel = 8

Would you please try to see if it can detect the undefined references?

Btw, I cc this mail to the maillist so other people may also see it, 
just in case in future someone else ran into a similar problem.
