#33 Set units used in KML export

When exporting a layer to KML, Viking always uses imperial units (Miles, Feet, mph).
This patch adds an item to the prefs-menu so you can choose metric units (Km, m, km/h) as well.

    First thanks for your contribution and bringing this issue to my attention.

    However I won't be applying your patch for couple of reasons
    [but the principal behind it will be - probably after the immient 1.2 release]:

    1. I noticed that GPSbabel KML export also has a Nautical units option.
    So I editted your patch and renamed things a bit too.
    [I'll post this re-edit soon....]
    2. There has been some previous discussion on the dev mailing list about the configuration options screen space getting too large (especially vertically). I think maybe a new config tab called something like 'File Import/Export' and putting it in there would be the way forward. This tab would then be a good place to put the potential GPX 1.0 / 1.1 option [should that ever be done]
