#36 Add "Open Article in External Browser" Menu entry

Hi,

While the "open article in external browser" functionality is available via the Option-Return keyboard shortcut, it also needs to be exposed in the menu system (as well as a toolbar button).

    There is a menu item for this, though you have to hold down the option key. See the "Article" menu.
