#80 No automatic refreshes after network drop

When I wake my MacBook from sleep, it sometimes takes almost a minute until AirPort finds my Network. By then, Vienna displays those warning signs beside each feed, obviously because it could not connect to the internet. Vienna then waits until the next refresh cycle before trying again (I think). However, when I put my Mac to sleep at night, then wake it in the morning, no refresh happens until 2 hours later (the time I set in the prefs).

I think it might be a good idea to have Vienna re-check after a minute or so if there was no network, and maybe once more after another minute, and only then wait until the next refresh is due.
