The German Localization of Vienna is kind of broken:
From the console.log:

> CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): plist parse
failed; the data is not proper UTF-8. The file name for
this data could be:
>
>
/Applications/Vienna.app/Contents/Resources/de.lproj/InfoPlist.strings
>
> The parser will retry as in 10.2, but the problem
should be corrected in the plist.

open -e
/Applications/Vienna.app/Contents/Resources/de.lproj/InfoPlist.strings
brought up TextEdit showing the umlauts, so this file
is encoded as Mac OS Roman.

I use Vienna 2.1.0.2107.

An UTF-8 encoded InfoPlist.strings file is attached.
