#13 HTTPS feeds with non-CA-certified certificates fail

It would be nice if Vienna would prompt to accept
"never, just now, always" (the usual) for HTTPS/SSL
feeds for which the server certificate is expired, when
the certificate is self-signed, or when the CA is
otherwise un-trusted. This way I can get RSS feeds of
bugs from my Trac!

    I would also like to see this bug/misfeature fixed. It
    exists in both 2.0.4 and 2.1.0.2105
