When annotating a ClearCase file by selecting Tools/Version Control/Annotate, I notice each line contains the date followed by the user's name followed by the rev of the latest change, e.g., \main\1. Unfortunately, the user name field has been truncated to the first 4 characters of the actual user's name.

I notice that as the annotate command is outputting to the annotate buffer, one can see each line displayed in the following form, for example:

09-Apr-02 frco \main\1 |

after the annotate is finished, there seems to be a second phase where the output is right aligned to:

09-Apr-02 frco \main\1 |

The point is that the username (which in this case should be frcorrad) is already truncated during the first phase.
