That said I'm more than happy to take any generally useful submissions. In addition I don't see any reason that anyone is required to GPL a new ctcs test module. Changes to the testframe work and existing test modules yes, but not a completely new test module. Test modules are pretty much stand alone programs. Nor does anyone need to give out their own modifications to ctcs to anyone they have not distributed ctcs to. (See the FSF's GPL faq for details.) Keep in mind I'm not the primary author of ctcs, nor am I a lawyer. So the above is merely my informed opinion. Nor does this email reflect the views of my current or former employers.
