To ensure you have licensed your software properly, I would suggest to include a proper COPYING file, with a proper declaration of the GPL license. I have included GPL versions 1, 2 and 3 in the attached tar.gz file, use whichever you believe is appropriate.
Also, utube/UTube.sh is a shell script and an executable - as such, it should contain a comment in the header with the GPL license. Example:
