I'm toying a bit with uml, and I'm having some problems here:
I'd like to configure it such that only one console is used, much
like a good ol' serial console, via stdin/stdout.
What I have is:
/etc/inittab inside uml:
T0:23:respawn:/sbin/getty -L ttyS0 9600 vt100
Now I'm calling uml something like this:
linux ubd0=disk/master con=pty ssl0:fd:0,fd:1
and it hangs after those lines:
All CPUs are go!
Waiting on wait_init_idle (map = 0x0)
All processors have done init_idle

Can anyone tell me what I'm going wrong here?
I do not want to have vt's, neither do I want to use ptys, nor
xterm, nor tcp, just plain stdin/out console.
Strange is, if I specify init=/bin/bash, I get exactly that,
but as soon as I use the real init, it seems to hang somewhere...
