The big news today is that uml_moo supports V2 COW files. Thanks to =
James McMechan and Steve Schmidtke for patches to fix this and also to
Bj=F6rn Eriksson for a well-spotted bug fix.
uml_net had a TUN/TAP error reporting bug fixed. Plus, I added another
buffer-use tightening fix from Matt Zimmerman and removed some useless
paranoia that I had previously added.
port-helper has been fixed to get rid of the immediate 'connection closed=
error that semi-reliably happened when telnetting to a UML port.

When testing the new uml_net, I found that UML would hang immediately when I
tried to bring up the network interface. The problem seems to be here:
