OK, I fixed this particular bug. It turned out that UML wasn't properly
handling a failure to deliver a signal. So 'crashme +2000 666 100' now
behaves the same on the host and UML.
However, 'crashme +2000 666 100 1:00:00' causes more problems for UML.
crashme hangs during the second subprocess (interruptably), but eventually
kills the tracing thread somehow.
This looks like a productive source of bugs :-)
