Hi All, I am new to User mode Linux. I have a linux kernel version of linux-2.4.7-0 i couldnt found the UML patch for this version so i used UML patch of uml-patch-2.4.7-5.bz2 I followed the steps mentioned at http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net/UserModeLinux-HOWTO.html Steps: 1) Made directory Uml in my home and here i had tar the linux-2.4.7-10 2) applied the uml-patch-2.4.7-5.bz2 3) ran make xconfig ARCH=um 4) ran make linux ARCH=um here iam getting compilation errors pls let me know if iam following the correct procedure am i using the correct UML patch if not where can i get the uml patch for my kernel version waiting for reply. regards Jeelani Basha __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
