Hi, I'm again. When I'm trying to start Debian-woody-snapshot-20020410 with the current UML-kernel I get this error: fsck.ext2: No such file or directory while trying to open /dev/ubd0 After changing the /etc/fstab from: /dev/ubd0 / ext2 defaults 0 1 to /dev/ubd/0 / ext2 defaults 0 1 it boots until NIT: Id "1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes INIT: Id "2" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes INIT: Id "4" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes INIT: Id "3" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes INIT: Id "6" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes INIT: Id "5" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel an hangs there. My other problem is, that iptables dosn't work with every downloaded filesystem I've tried diffrent redhat, the smal Debian (unchanged and ungraded to woody9 and so on. modprobe always says that iptables wasn't found Need you more Information or do you have any hints? Sincerly johannes P.S. I alwas start the UMLs with: linux con0=fd:0,fd:1 con=pty ubd0=<root_fs> eth0=tuntap,,,192.168.42.42 ubd1=swap |
