#127 Possibility to associate device ID with the device name in Python

Hi,

When using the UrJTAG from Python via pexpect, I was able to identify devices via their name.
Now, using the Python bindings it seems, that I have to find "manually" the device ID for my device.
(Sample codes are available in the thread https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.sources/Rh5yEuF2YGE ).
It would be nice to have a possibility to find the Device ID basing on its name, and to find the name basing on Device ID in Python.
