1) execute upx from Windows cmd.exe (with progress information shown)
2) while it is compressing Ctrl-Break/Ctrl-C.
3) cursor is gone.
Tested on Windows 7 64bit Home Premium.

This probably means that our atexit() handler is not called in this case and
we have to revisit the signal/exception handling control flow.
