You basically have 2 options here:
1) compile a new DRI driver, simplest and cleanest.
2) copy the via_dri.h from your older dri driver to 
xf86-video-unichrome/src and recompile the X driver. The driver itself 
is backwards compatible, simply because that compatibility was easy 
to implement (with proper versioning) :)
